HIP
Home Information Pack (HIP) is now a compulsory requirement. A HIP is a set of documents providing important information about a property, including legal documentation and information regarding its energy efficiency, boundary ownership and approved planning permissions. The purpose of the pack is to provide information earlier in the process, to improve the speed and conclusion of transactions and reduce wasted costs. Our HIP's are completed to the highest standards and are regulated by the Property Codes Compliance Board and our prices are extremely competitive.

Advertising
All website advertising is free of charge however Property Today sells over 25,000 copies every week in Sheffield and we would recommend that you advertise your property at least once in this publication, our charging structure is as follows: £75(6cm x10cm) £150 (12cm x 10cm) £225 (¼ page) £450 (½ page). All advanced payments for advertising not used will be reimbursed by deduction from the completion fee.

Virtual Tour
The Home Game is able to provide you with this fantastic marketing opportunity, allowing prospective purchasers to view your property in DVD quality in the comfort of their own home 24/7. Our vendors that have used this service have found this has minimised time wasters, disruption and inconvenience.

Printed Brochures
Our brochures are available to download free of charge from all our associated websites however some of our clients prefer The Home Game to produce a number of quality printed brochures in advance.

Glossy Brochure
These high quality glossy brochures are available on request and can be tailored to your specific requirements, price on application.

Accompanied viewings
Our professional team are able to sell your property to potential buyers as we have a vast experience on selling key features. If your property is not within the Sheffield boundary we are still able to carry out accompanied viewings, price on application.

The Home Doctor
Our specialist advisor will work with you to maximize the potential in your property. From a basic refresh to a complete overhaul, every aspect of your home will be detailed in a comprehensive report. Assistance can be given on contractors and if required a Project Manager will over see all work to completion. £110 is payable on an initial consultancy, all other charges are as agreed by you and the Home Doctor. Withdrawal Fee £150 Our withdrawal fee's is kept to a minimum and it is designed to solely cover out of pocket expenses or disbursements.
