Rental Rates
The fees represent high value for money for a service that goes beyond that of any other traditional letting agents. The fixed fee includes all photography, valuation, website administration, a “TO LET” board and free advertising on leading property search engines such as www.rightmove.co.uk and www.propertyfinder.co.uk.
The fixed fee also includes preparation of tenancy agreements, once we have obtained a satisfactory reference report and the collection of the first months rent and bond.
